Description

This pack is a very good starter set in Holistics, allowing purification, recharging of energies and even aromatherapy.

Use

Advice:

Open the windows of the space to renew the energies. Have at hand a plate or container, preferably ceramic, to extinguish the sage at the end of the purification ritual. Preferably light the stick with a candle flame and then extinguish it. A white smoke will come out. To finish, extinguish the stick on the plate by gently crushing it.

Cautions for use:

Keep away from flames. Keep out of the reach of children. Flammable substance. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of irritation consult a doctor. Not recommended for pregnant women.
