Description
Blue Sage originates from Southern California, specifically from the sacred mountain of Shasta. These sticks are used to cleanse the aura of the body and purify the emotions.
Use
Advice:
Open the windows of the space to renew the energies. Have a plate or container at hand, preferably ceramic, to extinguish the sage at the end of the purification ritual. Preferably light the stick with a candle flame and then extinguish it. A white smoke will come out. Finally, extinguish the stick on the plate by gently crushing it.
