2. Purpose and scope of application

2.1. This Legal Notice regulates the general conditions (hereinafter “The Legal Notice” or “The General Conditions”) governing access, navigation and use of the website ‘You have to see it’ published by GoGreen under the Website, as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its contents (hereinafter “Content” means texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information, as well as any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property). Independently of the same, GoGreen may establish general and/or particular contracting conditions that regulate the use and/or contracting of specific services offered to users through the Website.

2.2. It is understood that access or mere use of the Website by the user implies adherence to the Legal Notice that GoGreen has published at all times when accessing the Website and what will be available to users. 3. Intellectual and industrial property rights

3.1. GoGreen is the sole owner of the domain under which the content of this website is published.

3.2 GoGreen, as the author of the work, or any work or services of any nature, is the owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website and is also the owner or has the corresponding licence over the intellectual, industrial and image property rights over the content available through the Website.

3.3. Under no circumstances shall it be understood that access and browsing by the User implies a waiver, transmission, licence or total or partial transfer of said rights on the part of GoGreen.

3.4. GoGreencommits to making its best efforts to prevent any errors in the content that may appear on the Website and declares that it has diligently taken the necessary measures, within its capabilities and the state of technology, to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to prevent the presence and transmission of viruses and other harmful components to Users.

In any case, GoGreen shall be exempt from any liability arising from potential errors in the content that may appear on the Website, provided that they are not attributable to it.

6.2. Regardless of the provisions in the general and/or specific terms of contract regarding each service provided through the Website or product sold through it, GoGreen may terminate, suspend, or interrupt access to the contents of this page at any time without prior notice, with no possibility for the User to claim any compensation. 10. Jurisdiction

10.1. The relationship established between GoGreen and the User shall be governed by the provisions of current regulations on applicable law and jurisdiction. However, for cases in which the regulations provide for the possibility of the parties to submit to a jurisdiction, GoGreen and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
