This document (together with any other documents referred to herein) governs the conditions applicable to the
use of this Website (www.go-green.es) and to the purchase or acquisition of products and/or services through it
(hereinafter, the Conditions).
For the purposes of these Conditions, the activity carried out by GoGreen España through the Website is
understood to comprise the marketing and the online and physical distribution of hemp-derived, holistic and
wellness products of European origin, subject to European regulations.
In addition to reading these Conditions, before accessing, browsing and/or using this Website the User must have
read the Legal Notice and the General Terms of Use, including the cookie policy and the privacy and data
protection policy of GoGreen España. By using this Website, or by placing and/or requesting the purchase of a
product and/or service through it, the User agrees to be bound by these Conditions and by all of the foregoing.
Accordingly, if the User does not agree with all of the above, they must not use this Website.
Users are further informed that these Conditions may be amended. The User is responsible for consulting them
each time they access, browse and/or use the Website, since the Conditions in force at the time the purchase of
products and/or services is requested shall be the ones that apply.
For any questions the User may have regarding these Conditions, they may contact the owner using the contact
details provided above or, where applicable, through the contact form.
2. The User
Accessing, browsing and using the Website confers the status of user (hereinafter referred to, indistinctly,
individually as User or collectively as Users). Consequently, all the Conditions set out herein, as well as any
subsequent amendments thereto, are accepted from the moment browsing of the Website begins, without
prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal provisions in each case.
The User assumes responsibility for making correct use of the Website. This responsibility shall extend to:
– Using this Website solely to make legally valid enquiries and purchases or acquisitions.
– Refraining from making any false or fraudulent purchase. Where it may reasonably be considered that a
purchase of this nature has been made, it may be cancelled and the relevant authorities informed.
– Providing truthful and lawful contact details, such as an email address, a postal address and/or other data (see
the Legal Notice and General Terms of Use).
The User declares that they are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts through
this Website.

The Website is aimed primarily at Users resident in Spain. GoGreen España does not warrant that the Website
complies, in whole or in part, with the legislation of other countries. GoGreen España disclaims any liability that
may arise from such access, and likewise does not warrant shipments or the provision of services outside Spain.
The User may, at their choice, enter into the contract of sale of the desired products and/or services with GoGreen
España in any of the languages in which these Conditions are available on this Website.
3. Purchase or acquisition process
Duly registered Users may make purchases on the Website by the means and in the manner established. They
must follow the online purchase and/or acquisition procedure of www.go-green.es, during which several products
and/or services may be selected and added to the cart, basket or final purchase area and, finally, click on
“Complete Purchase”.
The User must also complete and/or check the information requested at each step, although the purchase details
may be modified during the purchase process, prior to payment.
The User will then receive an email confirming that GoGreen España has received their order or request for the
purchase and/or provision of the service, that is to say, the order confirmation. Where applicable, the User will
likewise be informed by email when their purchase is being dispatched. This information may also be made
available to the User through their personal account area on the Website.
Once the purchase procedure has been completed, the User consents to the Website generating an electronic
invoice, which will be sent to the User by email and, where applicable, through their personal account area on the
Website. The User may also, if they so wish, obtain a paper copy of their invoice by requesting it from GoGreen
España through the contact channels on the Website or using the contact details provided above.
The User acknowledges being aware, at the time of purchase, of certain particular conditions of sale concerning
the product and/or service in question, which are shown alongside its presentation or, where applicable, its image
on the corresponding page of the Website. These include, by way of example and without limitation, and
depending on each case: name, price, components, weight, quantity, colour, product details or characteristics, the
manner in which services will be carried out and/or their cost. The User further acknowledges that placing the
purchase order constitutes full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale applicable in each
case.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GoGreen España is not the manufacturer of the products sold or which may
come to be marketed on the Website. Although GoGreen España makes every effort to ensure that the
information displayed on the Website is correct, the packaging and/or the materials and/or the components of the
products may on occasion contain additional or different information from that shown on the Website. For this
reason, the User must consider not only the information supplied by the Website, but also the information available
on the labelling, warnings and/or instructions accompanying the product.
4. Availability
All purchase orders received by GoGreen España through the Website are subject to the availability of the
products and to no circumstance or event of force majeure (clause nine of these Conditions) affecting their supply
and/or the provision of the services. Should difficulties arise regarding the supply of products, or should products be
out of stock, GoGreen España undertakes to contact the User and to refund any amount that may have been paid.
The same shall apply in cases where the provision of a service becomes impossible.
5. Loyalty programme
GoGreen offers its customers a loyalty scheme by means of a digital stamp card in “wallet” format (compatible
with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet), which allows purchases to be accumulated and exclusive discounts to be
obtained.

The card is obtained by scanning a QR code available in the store or after making a purchase. No registration or
personal data is required in order to use it. Each purchase made in a physical store adds one stamp to the card.
Upon accumulating 8 stamps, the customer obtains a 20% discount on their next purchase. Once the discount has
been redeemed, the card is scanned again and automatically resets to begin a new cycle. This programme is
exclusive to purchases made in physical stores and may not be combined with other promotions or offers.
GoGreen reserves the right to modify or cancel this programme at any time without prior notice.
6. Prices and payment
The prices displayed on the Website are final prices, in Euros (€), and include taxes, unless a different treatment is
indicated and applied by legal requirement, particularly with regard to VAT.
Shipping costs are included in the final prices of the products as shown on the Website. These include the fuel
surcharge (which varies each month) and VAT. Shipping is free on orders over €45. For orders below this amount, a
shipping cost will be applied and displayed at checkout. Shipping to the CANARY ISLANDS is not free and entails an
additional cost which will be calculated at checkout. Any costs arising from customs procedures and local taxes
(such as IGIC in the Canary Islands) shall be borne by the customer. The customer has other options, the prices of
which are set by the different delivery service providers.
Under no circumstances will the Website automatically add costs to the price of a product or service, but only
those that the User has voluntarily and freely selected and chosen.
Prices may change at any time, but any such changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has
already received an order confirmation.
The accepted means of payment are: credit or debit card (Paycomet), Bizum (Spain), cryptocurrencies
(NOWPayments) and bank transfer.
The User may also pay all or part of the purchase price with a gift card and/or a credit voucher issued by GoGreen
España and/or Distribuidores de Cáñamo Europeo SL.
GoGreen España uses all available means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the payment data
transmitted by the User during transactions on the Website. To this end, the Website uses a secure SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) payment system.
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisation by the issuing banking institution. If that institution does not
authorise the payment, GoGreen España shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver and will not be able to
enter into any contract with the User.
Once GoGreen España receives the purchase order from the User through the Website, a pre-authorisation will be
made on the relevant card to ensure that sufficient funds exist to complete the transaction. The card will be
charged at the time the shipping confirmation and/or the confirmation of the service provided in the manner and,
where applicable, at the place established, is sent to the User.
Where the means of payment is a gift card or credit voucher, the charge will be made at the time GoGreen
España sends the User confirmation of the order for the purchase or acquisition of products and/or services.
In any event, by clicking on “Complete Purchase” the User confirms that the payment method used belongs to
them or that, where applicable, they are the legitimate holder of the GoGreen gift card or credit voucher.
7. Delivery times
Once GoGreen has received the order request and proof of payment, it has a period of 2 hours to contact the
customer if there is any change to the order. All orders confirmed before 14:00 will be shipped the same day.
Where the “free shipping” option is chosen, the delivery period will be two to three working days. The customer has
the option of “express shipping”, with delivery within one working day, subject to payment of the options offered

on the Website. The “click and collect” option is subject to the same rules as any other order. In the case of the
Madrid store, orders confirmed before 14:00 may be collected the same day from 16:00 onwards.
Where physical delivery of the order is to be made, deliveries will be carried out within the following territory: Spain
(mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and the European Union.
GoGreen España provides delivery and/or shipping services through Sendcloud, which works with Correos
Express, UPS and Correos.
Except in cases of unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or, where applicable, circumstances arising from the
customisation of products, the purchase order consisting of the products listed in each purchase confirmation will
be delivered within the period indicated on the Website according to the shipping method selected by the User
and, in any event, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of the order confirmation.
If, for any reason attributable to it, GoGreen España is unable to meet the delivery date, it will contact the User to
inform them of this circumstance, and the User may choose either to proceed with the purchase by setting a new
delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. In all cases, home deliveries are made on
working days.
If delivery of the order proves impossible due to the absence of the User, the order may be returned to the
warehouse. However, the carrier will leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to arrange for it to be
delivered again.
If the User will not be at the place of delivery during the agreed time slot, they must contact GoGreen España to
arrange delivery on another day.
Should 30 days elapse from the date the order is available for delivery without it having been delivered for reasons
not attributable to GoGreen España, GoGreen España will understand that the User wishes to withdraw from the
contract, which will be deemed terminated. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, all payments
received from the User will be refunded, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the User’s own
choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by the Website,
without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the
contract is deemed terminated.
However, the User should bear in mind that the transport arising from the termination may entail an additional
cost which may be passed on to them.
For the purposes of these Conditions, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place, or the order to have been
delivered, at the moment when the User or a third party indicated by the User acquires material possession of the
products, which will be evidenced by the signature acknowledging receipt of the order at the agreed delivery
address.
Any risks that may arise in relation to the products shall be borne by the User from the moment of delivery. The
User acquires ownership of the products when GoGreen España receives full payment of all sums due in relation to
the purchase or acquisition made, including shipping costs, or upon delivery, if this takes place after GoGreen
España has received the full amount payable.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992 of 28 December on Value Added Tax (VAT), purchase orders for
delivery and/or provision shall be deemed to be located within the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the
delivery address is in Spanish territory, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable
VAT rate will be that legally in force at any given time depending on the specific item concerned.
Along the same lines, and in accordance with Chapter I of Title V of Council Directive 2006/112 of 28 November
2006 on the common system of VAT, purchase orders shall be located, for delivery and/or provision purposes, in
the Member State of the European Union in which the address stated in the purchase order is located and,
therefore, the applicable VAT will be that in force in that Member State.

For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT pursuant to the
provisions of Law 37/1992 and Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes
and customs duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories. The User should note
that in these territories situations may arise in which taxes and customs duties are applied and accrued at
destination in accordance with the regulations in force, and that these may be borne by the User.
8. Technical means for correcting errors
The User is hereby informed that, should they detect an error when entering the data required to process their
purchase request on the Website, they may modify such data by contacting GoGreen España through the contact
channels available on the Website and, where applicable, through those made available for contacting customer
service, and/or using the contact details provided in clause one (General information). This information may also
be corrected by the User through their personal account area on the Website.
In any event, before clicking on “Complete Purchase”, the User has access to the area, cart or basket where their
purchase requests are recorded and may make changes.
Likewise, the User is referred to the Legal Notice and General Terms of Use and, in particular, to the Privacy Policy,
for further information on how to exercise their right of rectification as established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of
the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the
processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and in Organic Law 3/2018 of 5
December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.
9. Returns
Where the User purchases products on or through the owner’s Website, they are entitled to a series of rights, as
listed and described below:
Right of withdrawal
The User, as a consumer and user, makes a purchase on the Website and is therefore entitled to withdraw from
that purchase within 14 calendar days without the need to give any justification.
This withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the User, or a third party authorised by
the User other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods purchased on the Website of GoGreen
España or, in the event that the goods comprising the order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the
day on which the User, or a third party authorised by the User other than the carrier, acquired material possession
of the last of those goods forming part of the same purchase order or, in the case of a service contract, 14 calendar
days from the day the contract was entered into.
In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, the User must notify their decision to GoGreen España. They may do
so, where applicable, through the contact channels available on the Website.
Regardless of the means chosen to communicate their decision, the User must clearly and unequivocally state their
intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. In any event, the User may use the model withdrawal form
which GoGreen España makes available as an annex to these Conditions, although its use is not compulsory.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication unequivocally expressing the
decision to withdraw to be sent before the relevant deadline expires.
In the event of withdrawal, GoGreen España will refund to the User all payments received, including delivery costs
(with the exception of any additional costs arising from the User’s choice of a delivery method other than the least
expensive method offered on the Website), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days
from the date on which GoGreen España is informed of the User’s decision to withdraw.
GoGreen España will issue the refund using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial purchase
transaction. This refund will not entail any additional cost for the User. However, GoGreen España may withhold

the refund until it has received the products or items purchased, or until the User provides proof of their return,
whichever condition is met first.
The User may return or send the products to GoGreen España at: Calle Almirante 6, 28004, Madrid, Spain.
They must do so without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which
GoGreen España was informed of the decision to withdraw.
The User acknowledges that they must bear the direct cost of returning the goods (transport, delivery), should any
such cost be incurred. The User will also be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling
other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The User acknowledges being aware that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as set out in article 103
of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the
Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. By way of example and without limitation, this
would be the case for: customised products; products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, as sealed at the
factory; and products which are sealed for reasons of hygiene or health and have been unsealed after delivery.
The same applies to the provision of any service the User may contract on this Website, since that same Law
establishes that the right of withdrawal will not be available to Users where the service has been fully performed,
or where performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer and user and with their
acknowledgement that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by GoGreen España,
they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
In no event will a refund be issued if the product has been used beyond opening, using or testing it, or if the
products have suffered any damage after delivery.

Return of defective products or errors in the shipment
This covers all cases in which the User considers that, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to the
terms of the contract or purchase order. In such cases the User must contact GoGreen España immediately and
inform it of the non-conformity (defect/error) through the same means or using the contact details provided in the
previous section (Right of withdrawal).
The User will then be informed of how to proceed with the return of the products, and these, once returned, will be
examined and the User will be informed, within a reasonable period, whether a refund or, where applicable, a
replacement is appropriate.
The refund or replacement of the product will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days
from the date on which we send an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is
appropriate.
The amount paid for products returned due to a defect, where such a defect genuinely exists, will be refunded in
full, including delivery costs and any costs the User may have incurred in making the return. The refund will be
made using the same means of payment the User used to pay for the purchase.
In all cases, the rights recognised for the User as a consumer and user under the legislation in force at any given
time shall apply.
Warranties
The User, as a consumer and user, benefits from warranties on the products they may purchase through this
Website, on the terms legally established for each type of product. GoGreen España is therefore liable for any lack
of conformity of the products that becomes apparent within a period of two years from delivery of the product.
In this regard, products are understood to conform to the contract provided that: they match the description given
by GoGreen España and possess the qualities presented therein; they are fit for the purposes for which products of

the same type are ordinarily used; and they display the quality and performance which are usual in a product of
the same type and which may reasonably be expected of it. Where this is not the case with the products delivered
to the User, the User must proceed as indicated in the section Return of defective products or errors in the
shipment. However, some of the products marketed on the Website may display non-homogeneous
characteristics, provided that these derive from the type of material with which they have been manufactured
and therefore form part of the individual appearance of the product; these will not constitute a defect.
It may also be the case that the User purchases on the Website a product of a brand or manufactured by a third
party. In this case, if the User considers the product to be defective, they also have the option of contacting the
brand or manufacturer responsible for the product to find out how to exercise their legal warranty rights directly
against them during the two years following delivery of those products. To do so, the User must have kept all the
information relating to the warranty of the products.

10. Exclusion of liability
Save where legally provided otherwise, GoGreen España will accept no liability for the following losses, regardless
of their origin:
– any losses not attributable to any breach on its part;
– business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings or data, loss of goodwill or
unnecessary expenses incurred); or any other indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties
at the time the contract of sale of the products between them was entered into.
GoGreen España likewise limits its liability in the following cases:
– GoGreen España applies all measures aimed at providing a faithful display of the product on the Website;
however, it is not liable for minimal differences or inaccuracies that may exist due to a lack of screen resolution,
problems with the browser used or other issues of this nature.
– GoGreen España will act with the utmost diligence in making the product covered by the purchase order
available to the company responsible for its transport. However, it is not liable for damages arising from the
malfunctioning of the transport service, particularly for reasons such as strikes, road blockages and, in general,
any others inherent to the sector, resulting in delays, loss or theft of the product.
– Technical faults which, due to fortuitous events or other causes, prevent the normal functioning of the service
over the internet. Unavailability of the Website for maintenance or other reasons preventing use of the service.
GoGreen España makes every means at its disposal available in order to carry out the purchase, payment and
shipping/delivery process for the products; nevertheless, it disclaims liability for causes not attributable to it,
fortuitous events or force majeure.
– GoGreen España will not be liable for the misuse and/or wear and tear of products that have been used by the
User. Likewise, GoGreen España will not be liable for an incorrect return made by the User. It is the User’s
responsibility to return the correct product.
– In general, GoGreen España will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of the
obligations assumed where this is due to events beyond its reasonable control, that is to say, due to force
majeure, which may include, by way of example and without limitation:
– Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
– Civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (whether declared or not) or the threat of or
preparations for war.
– Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

– Impossibility of using trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, whether public or
private.
– Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
– Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
Accordingly, obligations will be suspended for the period during which the cause of force majeure continues, and
GoGreen España will be granted an extension of the period for performing them equal to the duration of the force
majeure event. GoGreen España will use all reasonable means to find a solution enabling it to fulfil its obligations
despite the force majeure event.
11. Written communications and notices
By using this Website, the User accepts that most communications with GoGreen España will be electronic (email
or notices published on the Website).
For contractual purposes, the User consents to the use of this electronic means of communication and
acknowledges that all contracts, notices, information and other communications sent electronically by GoGreen
España comply with the legal requirement of being in writing. This condition will not affect the rights recognised for
the User by law.
The User may send notices to and/or communicate with GoGreen España using the contact details provided in
these Conditions and, where applicable, through the contact channels on the Website.
Likewise, unless otherwise stipulated, GoGreen España may contact and/or notify the User at the email address or
postal address provided.
12. Waiver
No waiver by GoGreen España of a specific right or legal action, or any failure by GoGreen España to require the
User’s strict performance of any of their obligations, shall constitute a waiver of other rights or actions arising from
a contract or from the Conditions, nor shall it release the User from performing their obligations.
No waiver by GoGreen España of any of these Conditions or of the rights or actions arising from a contract shall
take effect unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is formalised and communicated to the User in writing.
13. Nullity
If any of these Conditions are declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the
remaining clauses will remain in force and will not be affected by that declaration of nullity.
14. Entire agreement
These Conditions and any document expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between the
User and GoGreen España in relation to the subject matter of the sale and supersede any other prior pact,
agreement or promise agreed verbally or in writing by the same parties.
The User and GoGreen España acknowledge having consented to entering into a contract without relying on any
statement or promise made by the other party, save for what is expressly set out in these Conditions.
15. Data protection
The personal information or data that the User provides to GoGreen España in the course of a transaction on the
Website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy or Data Protection Policy (contained,
where applicable, in the Legal Notice and General Terms of Use). By accessing, browsing and/or using the Website,

the User consents to the processing of such information and data and declares that all the information or data
provided is truthful.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Access to, browsing of and/or use of this Website and the contracts for the purchase of products through it will be
governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute, issue or disagreement arising from or related to access to, browsing of and/or use of the Website, or
to the interpretation and performance of these Conditions, or to the sales contracts between GoGreen España
and the User, will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals.
17. Complaints and claims
The User may send GoGreen España any complaints, claims or other comments they wish to make using the
contact details provided at the beginning of these Conditions (General information).
GoGreen España also has official complaint forms available to consumers and users, which they may request from
GoGreen España at any time using the contact details provided at the beginning of these Conditions (General
information).
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, the former European ODR platform for online dispute resolution is
no longer available and the obligation to include it in e-commerce sites has been repealed.
